The Fiken integration connects Piraja Finance to Fiken for Norwegian accounting. Create invoices from billables, sync services to Fiken products, map CRM contacts to Fiken contacts, and track invoice status — without leaving your CRM.
Introduction
What is the Fiken Integration?
The Fiken integration links your CRM Finance module to Fiken — a popular Norwegian accounting platform. You connect your Fiken company once, then generate invoices from billables, sync your service catalog, and keep customer records aligned between Piraja and Fiken.
Why use Fiken with Piraja?
If your business already uses Fiken for bookkeeping and compliance, connecting it to Piraja removes duplicate data entry. Sales and delivery teams work in the CRM; invoices and accounting stay in Fiken with automatic sync from opportunities, tickets, and the Finance module.
Key capabilities:
- Connect a Fiken company via OAuth
- Create and send invoices from CRM billables
- Sync services to Fiken products
- Map Individuals and Organizations to Fiken contacts
- Track invoice status in Finance and Fiken
Who should use it?
Norwegian businesses using Fiken for accounting who want CRM-native quoting and billing with invoices flowing into their existing books.
Core features
Fiken connection
Connect from Modules → Fiken or the Finance overview. Authorize Piraja to access your Fiken company. Connection status is shown in Finance and integration settings.
Invoice generation
Add billables on opportunities or tickets, then generate a Fiken invoice from Finance. Line items, VAT, and customer details are sent to Fiken based on your billable configuration.
Service catalog sync
When you create or update services in the Services module, Piraja can sync them to Fiken products so invoice lines stay consistent.
Contact mapping
CRM Individuals and Organizations can be mapped to Fiken contacts so invoices are addressed correctly and history stays linked.
Payment and status tracking
Invoice status updates from Fiken are reflected in Finance where supported, so you can see sent, paid, or overdue invoices alongside your pipeline and support work.

- Confirm connection status shows as connected.
Create your first invoice

Best practices
- Keep contact emails and organization numbers accurate for clean Fiken contact mapping.
- Sync services before bulk invoicing so product names and prices match.
- Use Finance as the source of truth for billables; generate invoices from there rather than retyping in Fiken.
- For connection issues, see Stripe Connection or Sync Issues troubleshooting patterns (similar OAuth reconnect steps apply).
Frequently asked questions
Can I use both Stripe and Fiken?

Yes. Fiken depends on the Finance module for billables and invoicing.
